SMS and Email Scams
Body

While The Star regularly communicates with our members and guests via email and SMS to keep you informed about our properties, it’s important to ensure any message you receive is genuinely from us before taking any action.

Here are some tips to help you stay safe and identify legitimate communications from The Star:

  • Watch out for suspicious links: Scammers often use familiar company names or contact threads to trick you. Always question any SMS containing a link, even if it appears to be from a known source.

  • Pause before clicking: If you’re unsure about a message, go directly to our website or The Star App for more information instead of clicking on any links.

  • We don’t request sensitive information via links: The Star will never ask for personal information or payment details via SMS, email, or over the phone. To manage your account securely, always log in directly through The Star Club website or The Star App.

  • When in doubt, contact us directly: If you’re uncertain whether a communication is legitimate, please reach out to us directly.
