A credit card is required for booking. For pre-paid rates and promotions, payment will be taken at the time of booking with this credit card. For all other rates and promotions, payment will be taken upon check-in at the hotel. You may be required to provide a credit card at check-in for this purpose. You will also be required to provide a credit card pre-authorisation or cash surety in relation to any incidental charges. Your credit card may also be charged in accordance with our cancellation policy.

For all other promotions, to avoid being charged a cancellation fee, your booking must be cancelled by 2:00pm local time on the day prior to your arrival. Failure to do so will result in a charge to the credit card you have provided in an amount equal to the first night’s accommodation.
Bookings made via a group code are subject to group cancellation policy. Any rooms cancelled within 30 days of arrival will incur a 1 x night cancellation fee.
