Cancellation by the guest - Reservation may be cancelled up to 3pm (local time), day prior to your arrival date. Failure to do so will result in a charge to the credit card you have provided in an amount equal to the first night's accommodation.

Valet parking is available for $65 per night. Valet parking access is via The Star Grand Brisbane porte cochere, located at 33 William Street Brisbane 4000. Please note the carpark has a height restriction of 2.3m and we will not be able to accommodate vehicles exceeding this. Please contact us for other options.
Self-Parking is available for $45.00 per night.
Please note that the property requires full payment of room charge on arrival. Credit card details will be required as a guarantee for any incidental charges incurred during stay. Property may accept a $300 cash deposit per night instead of a credit card as a guarantee for incidental charges. Please note that the property accepts credit card, cash or debit card for the final payment of the room. Kindly note that the pre-authorisations on the credit card might hold funds for up to 30 business working days (depending on the issuing bank).
Guests are required to present photo identification upon check-in. Please note that all requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
A 0.8% service fee will apply to all credit card transactions, 1.34% to WeChat / AliPay and 1.85% to China Union Pay. This will also apply to any items charged back to your room account (such as restaurant).
A 15% surcharge is applicable in all restaurants, bars and for events held on public holidays.
For the comfort of guests, rooms are designated as non-smoking. Smoking in a non-smoking room will result in a $300 RECOVERY FEE.

Children under the age of 12 stay for free using existing bedding – limited to two children per room.
