Important Update
From 2 January 2024, if a guest requests to be paid an amount of money (e.g. through claiming their winnings or redeeming their chips or voucher) that is more than $10,000, the amount that exceeds $10,000 must be paid by electronic transfer within 2 business days, by cheque or deposited into the guests Front Money Account.

From 19 August 2024, if a guest requests to be paid an amount of money (e.g. through claiming their winnings or redeeming their chips or voucher) that is more than $5,000, the amount that exceeds $5,000 must be paid by electronic transfer within 2 business days, by cheque or deposited into the guests Star Account.
Additionally, The Star will no longer offer hand pay services (redeeming tickets or vouchers at the Cashier on behalf of a Member. Members can withdraw from their Star Account at a Cashier or Cash/Ticket Machine.
