There is complimentary priority parking located on level 2 exclusively for Platinum and Diamond Members. Get the VIP treatment and enter/exit the car park via Edward Street.

The Star Sydney car park is accessible via two Entrances:

$40 flat rate is charged for every 24hr period. Present your parking ticket to the hotel concierge upon checking in to validate.

After your 6-hour period expires, an additional 6-hour period will be charged. In the event of a lost ticket, a maximum daily rate of $85 per 24 hours period will apply. Motorbikes are a flat rate of $7 per 24 hour period.
UBER
To make your experience at The Star even easier, we now have dedicated Uber rideshare pickup and drop off locations around the precinct. When you're ready to request your ride you'll be prompted to select one of the new zones across the precinct.
Choose the location closest to you and follow the in-app instructions for where to meet your driver.
- Pyrmont Street: Head towards the Pyrmont Street, The Star Grand Hotel entrance located at the west of the precinct, following signs to ‘Uber rideshare zone'
- Harbourside: Head towards the Pyrmont Bay side exit located at the east of the precinct, following signs to ‘Uber rideshare zone'
BY BIKE
The Star has bicycle (pushbike) parking facilities via the Pirrama Rd entrance car park located on level P3.
BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT
- SYDNEY LIGHT RAIL: The light rail departs from Central Station via Darling Harbour to The Star, 7 days a week.
- BUSES: Route 389 now operates between North Bondi and Pyrmont.
- FERRY: Ferry services operate 7 days a week from Circular Quay and stop at wharves a few minutes' walk from The Star.
BY LIMOUSINE
Travel in luxury to and from The Star Sydney by booking an affordable limousine service with Royale Travel. The service is available 24 hours a day, so you can plan your trip at any time. They have a range of luxury vehicles including Mercedes and BMW sedans, stretch limousines and luxury coaches, either for individuals or larger groups. The Star has dedicated parking areas for motorbikes. The daily rate is $7
WHAT IS THE STAR EXPRESS?
The Star Express is a network of chauffeured coaches that operate on dedicated routes between The Star and key suburbs across greater Sydney. Routes operate on scheduled timetables, beginning as early as 7:30 am and departing from The Star as late as 1:00 am.
WHO CAN TRAVEL ON THE STAR EXPRESS?
Members of The Star Club can travel on The Star Express for free! The service is provided to be your most economical, convenient and reliable mode of transportation between The Star and your home, ensuring you enjoy all that The Star has to offer, without worrying about your return home at the end of your experience.

DO I NEED TO RESERVE A SEAT?
While it is not necessary to reserve a seat ahead of time, we encourage you to contact The Star Express ahead of pick-up times to reserve your seat by calling 1800 ROYALE (1800 769 253).

The Star Express services depart from The Star bus interchange, located adjacent to the Light Rail, underneath The Star.
