LATEST UPDATE

Please be advised that from Wednesday 28 June we will be making some changes to our cash limits across the casino.

TABLE GAME CASH LIMITS
The maximum single buy-in limit at each table game will be $10,000. Please visit the Cashier for any cash transactions greater than $10,000.

GAMING MACHINE LIMITS
The maximum cash limit on an electronic gaming machine at any one time will be $5,000. No further cash can be inserted into a machine once the current cash total is greater than $5,000.

CASINO WIDE CASH LIMITS
A cumulative limit of $49,999 in cash will be introduced per person, per calendar day.

Please reach out to any of our friendly team if you have any questions on these changes.

In October 2020, The Star Entertainment Group announced its properties in Queensland and NSW will be smoke-free indoor environments by the end of 2022.

From 7am on Sunday, 1 January 2023, smoking will not be permitted indoors at The Star Gold Coast – this includes premium gaming rooms and all hotel rooms.

We’re making this change as part of our commitment to providing a more comfortable environment for all guests to enjoy. The move to go completely smoke-free indoors also creates a better working environment for our staff

If you have any questions, please feel free to get in touch via our Guest Feedback Form.

Important update about The Star Club Membership

During the recent COVID 19 restrictions, we have taken a number of steps to make sure you continue to enjoy all the things you love most about your Membership to The Star Club.

Your Casino Dollars Rewards

We’re further extending the expiry on Casino Dollars until 31st December 2020. This means Members of The Star Club with Casino Dollars balances will not have them expire between 23rd March – 31st December 2020.

Your Membership Status

To support your Membership status, you received monthly Bonus Tier Points from April to August 2020. Bonus Tier Points have ended, now that Members living in QLD are able to visit again.

Your Membership information

You can view your Membership information, including Tier Status, Tier Review Date, Tier Point balance, Casino Dollars balance, and communication preferences when you log in to The Star App or at The Star Club website.

For any queries regarding your Membership contact us via our Guest Feedback Form:

The Star Club is evolving on Wednesday, 7 October 2020, where can I find more information?

Log in to your Member dashboard at thestarclub.com.au for all the relevant information, or find frequently asked questions here.

Why have my Tier Points balance decreased during the closure?

To help support your Membership Status during this time, we have been gifting you Bonus Tier Points. Please see below for our update from 28 May.

Tier Points have continued to operate in the normal manner, as a rolling balance. This means that when you view your Tier Points balance, it will reflect Tier Points earned or gifted in the past 365 days, less Tier Points that have expired (which were earned the previous year).

I would like to have my Tier Review Date extended as I have not been able to visit and will not be able to maintain my Tier.

Unfortunately, we are not able to change your Tier Review Date, however, please see one of our service team at the time of your next Tier Review and we will undertake an individual review of your account.
