The Set Lunch Menu, Omakase Menu, Premium Omakase Menu and Sushi Sashimi Grazing Menu are only available in the Private Dining Room.

Kiyomi is an intimate, signature dining space. Whilst we do not offer a kids menu, children are welcome under the careful supervision of their parent, guardian, or carer ensuring the respect of other diners. Please note, due to the limited seating we cannot offer highchairs, and we are unable to guarantee space for prams.

Enjoy an exquisite selection of signature dishes for lunch.

Winson Law is the Chef de Cuisine at The Star Gold Coast's Kiyomi.

After growing up in Hong Kong, Winson Law took off on an Australian backpacking trip and made his way to Sydney, Australia. While studying at Le Cordon Bleu, Winson worked at Sokyo, sparking his inspiration and passion for Japanese cuisine. Winson continued his work globally at the Langham Hotel in Hong Kong, the Gordon Ramsay Group in London and back to Sokyo, Sydney. In 2016, he made the move to the Gold Coast and has been at Kiyomi since.

Winson honours each ingredient while maintaining a balance of flavours. He and his team of chefs always cook with the highest quality ingredients, creating a combination of flavours that makes every dish stand out.

When creating the menu, Winson and the Kiyomi team focused on colour and vibrancy on each plate; contrasting natural colours from ingredients like tuna and the translucency of jelly. In result, each dish is both delicious and visually stunning.
