About Christian Dal Zotto - Dal Zotto Wines
On the day I was legally able to consume alcohol, I was swiftly recruited into the family business, Dal Zotto Wines. And just like my energetic parents, I continue to espouse to anyone who’ll listen the virtues of Italian varieties, in particular Prosecco, a variety and wine style that my family (Dal Zotto), pioneered in Australia back in 1999. Having spent the best part of my adult life schmoozing sommeliers, raving with retailers, and quaffing with consumers throughout the country, I have now head up the marketing and national sales team for DZ Wines and occasionally find myself in the winery as well as the applauded trattoria, on site at DZ headquarters in the King Valley, Victoria.
