RECEPTION
Our friendly reception team will be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Whilst we love to hear about your stay with us, we encourage our guests to utilise the express check out box located at the end of the reception desk upon your departure. Should you have any extra incidentals on your bill, the credit card supplied upon arrival will be processed and a final invoice will be emailed for your perusal.

Breakfast will be served at Nineteen at The Star on Level 19 of The Darling from 7.00am – 10.00am daily.

Housekeeping are here to service your everyday needs between the hours of 6.00am - 5.00pm

You will find a set of basic bathroom amenities in your room. Please don’t hesitate to contact our housekeeping team who will be happy to supply additional items upon request.
TURNDOWN SERVICES
In order to remain contactless, we will refrain from providing turndown services until further notice. Servicing of your room will be by request only.

DRY CLEANING
Dry cleaning services are available seven days a week from 7.30am. Express service available if booked before 10am. Please use the bag provided in the wardrobe and list the contents, your name and room number.

POOL & GYM
Our pool is located on Level 19 and is available for guest use between the hours of 6.00am – 6.00pm. Our gym is located on Level 5 and is available for guest use 24/7.
We have also provided sanitising wipes for guests to wipe down pool furniture and gym equipment before and after use.
Please ensure you scan the registration QR code and enter your details upon entry to the pool and gym. This is to comply with QLD government contact tracing requirements.
Please note that every Sunday the pool is not available to guests under the age of 18 due to an event. Please see the reception team who will arrange a private cabana for your family to utilise at The Star Grand hotel pool. Our concierge team will be more than happy to transport you to The Star Grand and escort you to your cabana.
AZURE SPA & FITNESS
Azure Spa is now open and offers a wide range of indulgent treatments, using leading skin care brands BABOR and LI’TYA.
