Cancellation of reservation must occur not less than 24 hrs prior to 2pm AEST on scheduled arrival date, otherwise cancellation fees up to the accommodation fee for your first night of stay may apply which will be charged to the credit card used at the time of booking. A 0.8% service fee will apply to all credit card transactions. Price is inclusive of GST. Late check out time is 12.00 pm. Complimentary daily breakfast is available per registered adult, expires at the end of stay and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. Dining credit is available per stay excluding day of checkout and any unused credit cannot be carried forward to the next day. Dining credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged nor redeemed for cash. Dining credit is redeemable only at Nineteen at The Star, Kiyomi, Garden Kitchen and Bar, Cucina Vivo, M&G, Food Quarter, Mei Wei Dumplings, Uncle Su at The Star, Isoletto and in room dining. Dining credit excludes beverage-only orders and minibar items. The Star practices the responsible service of alcohol.
