The Star Brisbane has announced the appointment of Sky Deck Executive Chef, Shayne Mansfield, who will oversee and direct Sky Deck’s three venues soaring 100 metres above Brisbane’s new Queen’s Wharf precinct: Cicada Blu, Babblers and Aloria.
