Dark Shepherd is settling in at The Star Brisbane, offering an unexpected interpretation of Mediterranean cuisine that celebrates both traditional and modern interpretation.

 

As the name suggests, Dark Shepherd has a focus on succulent lamb. But the menu also features the freshest seafood and seasonal produce, showcasing the principle of exquisite simplicity while utilising traditional grilling methods over woodfire. Dishes are designed to be shared, so come together to savour the rich tapestry of each taste sensation.
